► Taking into account the AOGH, primary infertility for 8 years, in vitro fertilization (the 6th attempt), uterine scar after conservative myomectomy, large size of the fetus in a primara aged 36 weeks, planned delivery by cesarean section is indicated.
► Taking into account the breech presentation of the fetus of the male sex and a generally uniformly narrowed pelvis of the 2nd degree, a planned cesarean section is indicated.
